A minimum of one month’s rent is charged to all customers. Rent is prepaid for the entire month.

All excess parts, materials, and misc. debris must be locked inside stored vehicle. Any items left outside will be considered trash and will be hauled away at owner’s expense.
No loitering is allowed in the outside yard and no auto repair is allowed without prior permission.
An additional $1.00 is charged per transaction made by credit card.
